Why I’m Now Offering Peptide & GLP-1 Support Inside My Coaching Program
If you’ve followed me for a while, you know my stance has always been clear:
There are no shortcuts when it comes to building a healthy body.
For years I’ve taught that sustainable fat loss comes from the fundamentals:
• strength training
• balanced nutrition
• daily movement
• consistent habits
And that belief hasn’t changed.
But the wellness industry is evolving, and one of the biggest shifts happening right now is the rise of GLP-1 medications and therapeutic peptides.
You’ve probably heard about them everywhere — social media, friends using them, or headlines talking about them daily.
Along with that attention has come a lot of misinformation.
So after extensive research, conversations with physicians, and watching how people are currently using these medications, I’ve made the decision to offer peptide and GLP-1 support as an optional tool inside my coaching program.
But let me be clear about one thing first.
These Are Not a Replacement for Lifestyle Change
Inside my program, peptides and GLP-1s will never replace the core habits that create real, lasting results.
They are simply another tool in the toolbox.
Just like:
• tracking food
• wearing a step tracker
• improving sleep
• strength training
These tools support the process — but none of them replace the habits that actually create transformation.
You do not need GLP-1 medications to lose weight.
I’m living proof of that. I lost 70 pounds through nutrition and training alone, and many of my clients have done the same.
But sometimes people do everything right and their body still fights them.
Metabolism adapts.
Hormones shift.
Food noise becomes overwhelming.
Plateaus happen.
In those moments, having another tool available can help your body work with you instead of against you.
The Problem With How These Medications Are Being Used
Right now, most people receive GLP-1 medications from a primary care doctor or telehealth provider.
They get a prescription…
…and that’s where the support ends.
What I’m seeing from people who come to me after starting these medications is concerning.
They often report:
• feeling extremely weak
• losing muscle
• disliking how their body looks after losing weight
• hair thinning
• nausea or feeling sick for days after injections
• gaining the weight back later
This usually isn’t because the medication is bad.
It’s because the lifestyle support needed to use them properly simply isn’t there.
Most people receive no guidance on:
• maintaining muscle with strength training
• eating enough protein
• managing appetite changes
• supporting their metabolism
• transitioning off the medication long term
That gap in support is exactly why I decided to bring this option into my program.
Bridging the Gap Between Medicine and Lifestyle
If you choose to explore this option inside my coaching, the process looks very different from what most people are currently experiencing.
Instead of being handed a prescription and sent on your way, you receive two levels of support.
Physician Oversight
Clients are connected directly with a physician who specializes in peptide therapy and metabolic health.
They oversee:
• dosing protocols
• medical monitoring
• titration and adjustments
• side-effect management
Lifestyle Coaching
While the physician handles the medical side, my role is to guide the lifestyle side.
Inside coaching we focus on:
• strength training to maintain muscle
• proper protein intake
• sustainable nutrition habits
• appetite and hunger management
• long-term metabolic health
Because the goal is never just weight loss.
The goal is a body that feels strong, confident, and sustainable long term.
The Bottom Line
Adding peptide and GLP-1 support to my program isn’t about chasing trends or offering quick fixes.
It’s about recognizing that metabolic science is evolving and giving my clients access to tools that can help when used responsibly.
Some people will never need them.
Others may benefit greatly.
But the foundation of my coaching will always remain the same:
• strength training
• nutrition habits
• daily movement
• sustainable lifestyle change
Those will always be the backbone of real transformation.
This simply gives us another option if your body needs additional support along the way.
