For a long time, I felt stuck.
Decades…
I knew what I should be doing… but nothing seemed to stick long term.
I tried different diets.
Cut things out.
Started over more times than I can count.
And every time I fell off, it felt like I was right back at square one.
It wasn’t just about weight.

My confidence.
Even how I showed up in my relationships.
